Our beginner courses are the perfect introduction to what we do at Empower Martial Arts Academy through our Applied Martial Arts program. Many go on to join our regular classes after the beginners have finished.

Intro to fitness

Ease yourself into fitness gradually over 6 weeks. Go at your pace with a little push from us if you need it! A great way to start your fitness journey with Empower Martial Arts Academy.

Intro to martial arts

You’ll get a great overview of our syllabus and how we incorporate boxing, self defence, MMA and kickboxing drills in our syllabus, along with traditional martial arts such as Aikido and Jiu-Jitsu.
